app for tracking addiction recovery has just been released. After 9 months of design and development, iRecovery has been released to the Apple Store.. iRecovery is specifically designed for sex addiction recovery but
can be used for tracking recovery from any addiction
This app goes
with a book Gentle Path has slated for publication later this year called "Thirty Days to Hope & Freedom from
Sexual Addiction: The Essential Guide to Daily Recovery."
iRecovery keeps track of daily and weekly recovery activities, taking into
account where a person is in their recovery journey, i.e. their particular
phase of recovery. Their recovery
activities are then charted week-by-week giving a visual depiction of their
built in to encourage users to give attention to recovery activities they may
be neglecting as well as to encourage and congratulate users for consistent
iRecovery can be fully customized by adding recovery activities that are
specific to the individual. It includes
an affirmation section that also may be customized.
